AHPBCC ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2023
August 23-26 | Accra, Ghana
The aim of the Annual Conference is to fulfill our mission to improve survival outcomes of cancer patients in African communities through research, patient education, and training of medical professionals; and to succeed in our vision of a world where Africa is free of the burdens of illness and death from HepatoPancreatoBiliary cancers.
To this end, the AHPBCC Annual Conference programming is designed to expand the overall knowledge of HPB cancers in Africa by providing a framework for discussion, development, and pursuit of new research directions; fostering collaborations among the global academic, medical, scientific, and advocacy communities; and supporting the development of early career researchers and clinicians.
We will convene a global multi-disciplinary who represent a diversity of perspectives. We anticipate 200+ attendees from Africa, Europe, and the USA who are invested in the study of HPB cancers, from risk and prevention to cancer incipience, progression to treatment, and survivorship.
